All payments are processed in our store currency (MYR). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates based on current exchange rates.

You may cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel.

We aim to ship your order within 1~2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Estimated international delivery times (based on previous orders):
• US: 5~7 business days
• EU/UK: 7~10 business days
• Australia: 5~7 business days
• Japan/South Korea/Taiwan/China/Asia Pacific: 5~7 business days

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning taxes and duties are not included in the final price. You may be charged customs duties or import fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

For U.S. customers: Goods under $800 USD for personal use (including textiles) are generally exempt from duties and taxes. Please check with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or a customs broker for confirmation.

We typically do not accept returns. However, we may allow them on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please place a new order.

If you receive the wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a solution.
