All payments are processed in our store currency (MYR). Prices shown in other currencies are estimates and you will be checking out using the most current exchange rates.

You may cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel.

We aim to ship your order within 2~3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Estimated international delivery times (based on previous orders):
• US: 5~7 business days
• EU/UK: 7~10 business days
• Australia: 5~7 business days
• Japan/South Korea/Taiwan/China: 5~7 business days

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning taxes and duties are not included in the final price. You may be charged customs duties or import fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We typically do not accept returns. However, we may allow them on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please place a new order.
