SHIPPING POLICY
All items will be shipped from Malaysia.
International orders will be shipped via FedEx Express with a tracking number. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning taxes and duties are not included in the final price. Orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon delivery, which are beyond our control. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen during shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website to track your shipment.
ORDER PROCESSING
You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that each order is hand-packaged by our small team, which may extend processing times during peak seasons or holidays.
RETURN POLICY
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
We typically do not accept returns. However, we may allow them on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, please place a new order.
Please refer to the product sizing guides to ensure you have ordered the correct size to eliminate unnecessary freight.
